The makers should post advice on where to fill the water level. There will be four different water levels in the bong, each of which can be varied at a time. This gives you many different feels and smoking experiences. I found the best, easiest rips when the outer bottom level is ~33%; the inner bottom (the mushroom percolator) is more than that, say 50-75% full; the middle is at least 50%, preferably 67%; and the top has sufficient water only to cover the slits in the glass. I had a production quality issue with one of the glass products I bought from Molino Glass. So I reached out to let the company know what I was seeing. To my surprise, the Owner of the company answered my concerns and handled the case personally – and satisfied the short comings well above my expectations.
In this day and age, this kind of fast customer service responsiveness is regrettably becoming the exception to the rule, usually replaced by product quality indifference. That’s not the case with Molino Glass, who in addition to producing top quality glass products, do so without compromising Customer Satisfaction. They really do care about what they sell.
